Robert Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg serves as a general partner of G&B Real Estate Advisors LLC and has significant experience in both financial and real estate matters. He has served in various capacities from executive management to chairman of the board in large organizations, formally held the position of board chairman of Amtrust Financial Corporation and its bank subsidiary, and has been a mentor and advisor on financial, real estate, corporate and organizational matters. Mr. Goldberg has been a guest lecturer at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University and a past board chair and national chairman of various organizations such as The Jewish Federation of North America. He is also active in many philanthropic organizations.

Frank Bolognia

Robert Goldberg

Frank Bolognia also serves as a general partner of G&B Real Estate Advisors LLC. He is also active as an independent contractor and consultant and was previously the Executive Vice President of Am Trust Bank, a major provider nationally of land acquisition and development financing. Mr. Bolognia has extensive knowledge and experience of real estate and has actively developed and sold residential real estate in multiple markets. He also serves on the Advisory Board of a major US apartment developer.

Scott Consulting Group [ SCG] is solely owned by managing partner Thomas W Scott. He has over 42 years of experience in the real estate development industry, including corporate positions with Arvida Corp, Crosland/Centex homes, and his company, SCG. He has developed over 25 master planned communities in the southeast, has developed over a million square feet of retail space, and over 1000 apartment units. Mr. Scott has development and experience in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia., all targeted areas of activity for G And B Real Estate Advisors LLC. The General Partners have known Mr. Scott for 30 years and have observed his work on numerous projects.

William "Bill" Rice Jr.

Mr. Rice has been actively involved in real estate land acquisition, development and management for in excess of 20 years, working for both private and public home building companies, and as a self-employed consultant / land developer, property manager and seller of residential real estate properties. He has been associated with SDC for several years and lends professional assistance to G And B in its real estate endeavors.

Terry Shook, FAIA.

Mr. Shook is a graduate and annual lecturer at Harvard University and is nationally recognized as a leading figure in design, branding and planning of communities in the Carolinas, as well as many other areas in the country. His projects are known to consider society, culture and community and have been well recognized for excellence. He is a founding partner of Shook Kelley and has office locations in North Carolina and California.

Attorney Robert J. Brown, The Jonas Law Firm.

Attorney Brown represents G And Bon its zoning and planning matters. He has in excess of 26 years of experience in all matters involving real estate, and has extensive knowledge, community involvement and background in the counties being targeted by G And B Real Estate Advisors LLC. His clients include the largest landholder in Lincoln County as well as other major real estate owners and investors.
